Arianna Castoldi is Head of the Documentary Department at Mediawan Rights, overseeing sales, financing, and co-production of feature and TV documentaries. Since joining Mediawan Rights in 2016, she has managed an international lineup of films, driving global sales, and building key partnerships. Over her career, including roles at Wide House and Upside Distribution, Arianna has developed expertise in TV and theatrical sales, presales, and platform projects. Leading acquisition strategies for TV, digital, and theatrical catalogs, she also advises first-time producers and directors on navigating international markets. She consults with French production companies on co-productions and pre-financing, contributes to festival and market participation, leveraging her strong documentary network.

Since 2021, Kilian Kiefel has been part of Mediawan Rights’ documentary department, handling international sales of television and feature documentaries and strengthening the company’s profile through strategic festival placements at major international events. Previously, he graduated from film school in Paris before moving to New York City to further his studies and gain experience in film production and festival programming. He currently serves on the documentary selection committee for the Ciclic funding commission and is a member of the European Film Academy.
