Liz Rosenthal is a curator of Venice Biennale’s Venice Immersive, the Official Selection and Competition program of Venice International Film Festival. Liz was instrumental in launching Venice Immersive, the first official immersive competition and selection at an A-list festival and now the world’s most significant annual exhibition of immersive arts and entertainment. She has curated other major exhibitions worldwide, including the first ever Virtual Reality exhibition in London, with BFI (2015); Red Sea Immersive (2021 & 2022) in Saudi Arabia; and Glow, an iconic exhibition in Central London on leading women creators (2024). An executive producer of award-winning immersive content, she helped found and lead accelerator program CreativeXR. Her credits include Soul Paint (2024); Maya: The Birth of a Superhero (2024); Goliath: Playing With Reality (2021); Child of Empire (2022); (Hi)story of a Painting (2022). Liz is CEO & founder of trail-blazing company Power to the Pixel, the first organization to create international development, finance and exhibition programs for immersive and interactive works. Based in London, she has an extensive knowledge and network of international talent and leaders across immersive entertainment and the arts.
