Stephan Riguet moved to Lussas (France) in 1996 to work for the documentary festival Les Etats généraux du film documentaire. After this experience, he started working in production and gradually turned to the international market, representing various independent French producers. In 2003 he launched AndanaFilms, an international sales company dedicated to independent documentary films. From the start, he built strong relationships with filmmakers, and focused on working with them on the financing front, helping secure funds and prebuys on their new projects. The editorial line consists of feature-length documentaries with an international scope and one-hour documentaries in the fields of investigative issues, politics, history and art. AndanaFilms works with television networks, festivals, platforms and distributors worldwide. In 2023 and 2024, AndanaFilms represented films that went around the world: Save our Souls, A Shepherd, Who Cares, The Basement, The Burden, This Blessed Plot, Al Djanat, My Worst Enemy, Where God is Not and The Lost Boys of Mercury.
