Wendy Bernfeld (Canadian now in Amsterdam) is the founder and managing director of international content consultancy Rights Stuff, with more than 25 years in film, pay TV, VOD and content experience. This includes roles as an entertainment lawyer, as MD at Alliance Atlantis, and as CEO at Canal+ International, before founding her company Rights Stuff in 1999. Rights Stuff specializes in content strategy and pragmatic licensing, including curation, acquisition, digital distribution and originals (pay/TV, SVOD, AVOD, FAST, OTT, etc.). She assists platforms in content startups and expansion, as well as assisting producers, distributors, sales agents and aggregators in selling to, or (co-)producing with, such streaming services. She is also active in ethical AI content licensing for internal model training purposes. Wendy is also a lecturer, workshop leader, moderator, and writer on the digital sector and negotiation pragmatics, as well as on diversity and representation.
