Sarah Kang is a producer at Seesaw Pictures, a boutique production company based in Seoul with a slate of award-winning films screened at Sundance, Berlinale, Locarno, IFFR, IDFA, CPH:DOX, Hot Docs, and MoMA. Her recent films include My Missing Aunt (Jeonju, Hot Docs 2025), Queer My Friends (Hot Docs 2022), and the international co-production Ayena / Mirror (2022), winner of India’s National Film Award. She is currently co-producing Baby Jackfruit Baby Guava with Vietnam (supported by IDFA Bertha Classic, Visions Sud Est, and others), Becoming Kim with Germany (commissioned by ARTE La Lucarne), and Sea, Star, Woman with France (supported by CNC Cinéma du Monde, Korean Film Council, and Busan AND Fund). She is seeking to build equitable co-productions across Asia and Europe and is an alum of IDFAcademy, Eurodoc, and Dok Incubator.
