Jess Gormley is an Executive Producer of the Oscar, BAFTA & EMMY award-winning strand Guardian Documentaries, with a demonstrated history of working in online video journalism, television and the film industry, both in documentary and drama as well as hybrid docu-drama films. Jess specializes in news-adjacent, character-driven documentaries that go on to have real-world impact, with examples of projects playing in the Houses of Parliament in the UK and Congress in the US. Prior to the Guardian, Jess spent ten years working as a film producer, in both scripted and non-scripted projects for cinema and broadcast.
