Wendy Bernfeld (Canadian in Amsterdam since ’91) is the founder and managing director of international content consultancy Rights Stuff, with more than 25 years in film, pay TV, VOD and content experience including in prior roles such as CEO at Canal+ International Acquisitions, MD Alliance Atlantis and as an entertainment lawyer, before founding Rights Stuff BV in 1999. Her company Rights Stuff is an international consultancy specialized in content strategy & pragmatic licensing, including curation, acquisition, digital distribution, Originals (pay/SVOD, AVOD, FAST, etc.) and IP management/expansion. She assists producers, distributors, sales agents & aggregators in selling to, or (co-)producing with, streaming services and hybrid channels. Wendy is also a lecturer, workshop leader, moderator, writer on the digital sector, negotiation pragmatics, on new short and crossover IP formats, and ethical AI licensing.
