We live in transitioning times. We choose to transition our bodies; we are being forced to transition due to climate change; we experience transition through aging; we demand transition into new forms of being. To do this necessitates preparation: a careful attuning to dynamics otherwise obscured by grossly accumulative practices. We may find ourselves lost in these moments and so we need new tools, techniques, practices, protocols, guides, and/or instructions for orientation. For finding direction when we feel lost.

In this workshop we will begin to develop the means for orienting ourselves in these transitioning times through explorations of Adriana Knouf's own practice, examples from the future/past/present, and hands-on visual/sonic/tactile exercises.
