Synopsis

Best friends Maxime, Julian and Vilas spend carefree days as students at the University of Munich. In intimately filmed scenes, they discuss their thoughts and feelings, reclining on the sofa or in bed, gaming or drinking.

Against a backdrop of parties, car rides or nights out bathed in glowing pink and golden light, we are immersed in the crucial topics of student life: the characteristics of different penises, hassles with booze and girls, the pressure to lose your virginity, ambitious travel plans and uncertainties about career and study choices.

The three students from different countries discuss life with surprising openness, undisturbed by the ever-present camera of Maxime’s older brother, the filmmaker. But inevitably the day comes when they have to say goodbye and cross the boundary from cheerful student days to the adult world.
